Warranty & Service

The Alex Camp products are manufactured according to global standards of quality and workmanship, adhering to all social and labour audit standards intrinsic to the Alex Camp. All materials used in this product have undergone high-quality verifications.

Alex Camp is pleased to offer a "6-month limited" warranty on this product from the date of purchase, against manufacturing defects of workmanship or material only. Any defective item will be repaired or replaced by Alex Camp at its sole discretion within the warranty period, subject to the fulfilment of the following terms and conditions:

1.      The warranty card should be duly filled and stamped by the store/authorized dealer/seller at the time of purchase. The warranty card and the relevant cash memo must be preserved and produced along with the defective unit.

2.      The defective unit must be delivered at any Alex Camp authorized outlet, carriage paid and suitably packaged by the customer.

3.      The warranty card is not valid for:
Damage resulting from accident, mishandling, misuse, abrasion, negligence, unauthorized repair, tampering, loss of components or accessories, normal wear and tear, transportation damage, exposure to solvent or acid, exposure to extreme temperature, and water.

Alex Camp will decide if the problem is covered under the warranty. If the warranty applies, the company's decision on whether to repair or replace the product is final. Any such repair or replacement will be at Alex Camp's expense. If the product is to be replaced and is no longer available, the company may substitute it with a comparable Alex Camp product.

4. While Alex Camp will make every effort to repair or replace under warranty as soon as possible, it is expressly made clear that the company shall not be liable to do so within any specified time or period.

5. The decision of Alex Camp as to the nature of defects and applicability of this warranty shall be final and binding on the customer.

6. Any disputes arising out of the applicability/usage of this warranty card are subject to Indore jurisdiction only.

7. Alex Camp's liability under the warranty shall in no event and under no circumstances exceed the price paid by the customer to the seller for the product stated in the invoice

8. Incidental and consequential damages are expressly disclaimed. Labour charges and damages attributable to work performed by anyone other than Alex Camp are not covered by this warranty. Manufacturing specifications are subject to change without notice.

9. The warranty excludes every condition, warranty, or ability not expressly set out herein.
